Private Sale Agreement Can A Private Party Computer Sale Be Returned?

Can a private party computer sale be returned? - private sale agreement

Thanksgiving 2007, I sold a Dell desktop to my friend, with all installed software (Microsoft Office 2007 and Xtra) along w / monitors and a few hardware upgrades inside. Does not work 3 months after the card has, and Dell announce adv representatives to their hard drive, you lose all the programs. at the time of the sale, gave him a factory backup disks and reload all the programs for your child to reduce the memory of Microsoft Office, because my friend has a copy (and unreliable) and install it using my computer for my . Because you lose the problem with the graphics card and after that the whole program and not a folder of MS Office 2007 (again, no oral or written promise, but the installed version can not be trusted). Now ask your money back and say Attorney adv his family, he is looking for 2 years to recover the small claims court.
The question is, can not in a private sale and there was no other written or oral agreement?

He bought it to know, was second hand .... If you are illegal, said it was because Office 2007 is not right ... and if a bad video card, why not take the place of the card and install drivers for the new ... Why do we need a new format?

You have no right of return, I think, can not go back, if you agree. It is not their fault if the graphics card will not work properly if the misleading quality of your computer. Good luck.
